DECLARATION BY THE CANDIDATE :
I hereby declare that the information furnished above is correct. I have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions regarding the re-examination and the consequences of submitting my consent.
I specifically understand and agree that:
1. If I select WILLING and appear for the re-examination, my examination already appeared for earlier shall be treated as cancelled and shall not be considered for any purpose. Only the marks obtained in the re-examination shall be taken into consideration for further processing of my candidature, subject to applicable rules/instructions.
2. If I select WILLING but remain absent from the re-examination, the marks obtained by me in the examination already appeared for earlier shall not be considered, and no marks shall be counted for the concerned examination.
3. If I select UNWILLING, I shall not be considered for re-examination and the marks obtained in the examination already appeared for shall be considered for further processing of my candidature, subject to fulfilment of other applicable conditions.
4. If I do not submit my consent within the prescribed/stipulated period, it shall be treated as my unwillingness to appear for the re-examination, and the marks obtained in the examination already appeared for shall be considered for further processing of my candidature, subject to applicable rules/instructions.
5. I understand that once submitted, my consent shall be treated as final for further action and cannot ordinarily be modified/withdrawn.
6. I understand that further action regarding my candidature shall be taken by RRC/Northern Railway strictly in accordance with the applicable GDCE rules/instructions and verification of records.
